Let’s face it, brows are super important. Even if you don’t think so, they’re basically the first thing people see when they look at your face. I love brows – my love for fluffy brows which an arch bigger than life itself. So I’m going to be talking about my fave brow products. Next week, I’ll actually be meeting Jared Bailey, the Global Brow Expert for Benefit Cosmetics – so the timing couldn’t have been better! It’s also fitting that two of out three of these products are Benefit, but they are the queen brand of brows here in Ireland. So here are three life-changing* products that you need to try out.

NYX Precision Brow Pencil
I used to swear by brow gels until I picked up the Benefit Precisely Brow pencil and fell in love. When that ran out, I hurriedly picked up the NYX Precision Brow pencil for half the price and became obsessed. It’s a little thicker than the Benefit Precisely pencil, the shape is more similar to Benefit’s Goof Proof pencil. I love Benefit brow products, but the NYX pencil is so scarily similar that I don’t think I’d drop €26 on a Benefit pencil. again. Gimme Brow
Really, if I had to pick just one makeup product for the rest of my life, I really think it would be Gimme Brow. This is something I use every day. Every day, without fail. For no makeup days, it’s great for building up quick, natural brows. For full face makeup days, the volume it adds to your brows is crazy. It’s the cherry on top of the cake to give your brows a little life, especially if they’re a little on the flat side! If you can handle your brow hairs going backwards, then run the Gimme Brow backwards through your brows for that lil’ bit extra.
Ready Set Brow
If you have long brow hairs, you need this in your life. I used to use hairspray on a spoolie and run it through my brows until I came across this.
Basically, it’s a clear gel that locks in whatever product you have in your brows, making them waterproof, smudge proof, life proof really. On top of that, it makes your brow hairs stay put all day. So perf whether you’re going for that fluffy brow or structured look. The applicator itself is almost like a flat spoolie, so it grabs every little brow hair. All in all, a life-changing product really.
